PRODUCTS
FRS-1000
FRS-1000 utilizes panel length and mounting extrusions that are interlocking and easily installed. Our FRS-1000 is a wet joint route and return system sealed with silicone. The ACM/MCM is routed and fabricated into job specific shapes with full perimeter panel extrusion.
The FRS-1000 system can be used on projects varying from the most simple to the most complex. The versatility of the FRS-1000 allows installation over any structurally-sound surface and is available in 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm standard panels.
The FRS-1000 system is used in applications where virtually all water infiltration is eliminated in the ventilated cavity. the SL-1000 can be used as a fully sealed system which relies on the face sealant to act as the primary weather barrier.
FRS-2000
The FRS-2000 is based upon the “rainscreen principle.” Utilizing formed panels, this system is mounted using full perimeter aluminum extrusions. Panel joints are finished using color matched or complementary accent strips that ‘float’ within the extrusions allowing a reveal from 1/2" to 12”. The frs-2000 system is can be used with 4mm, 6mm, & 8mm standard ACM/MCM Panels.
The FRS-2000 is fabricated with a full perimeter panel extrusion which makes for an easy installation and a quality finish product.

TDB Associates, Inc. began its venture in the engineering of glazing systems and envelope systems, providing working shop drawings for review/approval as well as installation. We began under the name The Drafting Board which is now a division of TDB Associates, inc. With the ability of complex envelope system installations and fabrication, we are certain we can be an asset to your team on your next adventure.
